Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Estimated shipping and delivery is based on item weight and location. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship. Please note some of our items are made to order, so they might take a bit more time before they're ready to ship out. Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

We are NOT responsible for Customs Fees or Taxes on International packages. If fees or taxes are applied to the package upon delivery it is up to you (the customer) to pay the remaining balance. If an item is returned you will be charged an additional shipping fee including any return fees, customs fees and/or taxes for redelivery.

Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. If the item is made to order, we cannot accept the return. We’ll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note Original Artwork and Painting sales are 100% final and returns will not be accepted.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
